Freedom Health will initially market in Marion County. The company has plans to expand into most major markets in Florida.

Freedom Health will proudly offer Commercial, Medicare Advantage (Medicare + Choice) plans and Medicaid to the communities it is committed to serving.

Commercial products that Freedom Health plans to offer will include a broad spectrum of plans.

Our Liberty Individual plans will include: 

• Traditional HMO benefits with co-pays
• PPO look-alike HMOs with some co-pays and choices of deductibles
• HSA qualified High-Deductible plans

The Liberty Small Group products will include:

• State mandated Basic and Standard plans
• Traditional HMO Small Group plans
• HSA qualified High-Deductible plans

The Commercial plans will be marketed by independent brokers and General Agents.

Freedom Health's Medicare Advantage plan known as the Freedom Medicare Plan will be available in the market area to most Medicare beneficiaries. A sales staff including both Employee-Agents and independent brokers will market this plan.

The Freedom Health Medicaid plan will be known as Freedom 1st. and will be marketed only by Employee Agents.
