Freedom Health, Inc. is "Proud to Serve You" and announces the opening of our Florida "Operations Center" in St. Petersburg. We are conveniently located near the intersection of 49th Street North and 54th Avenue.

The Operations Center will serve our physicians through the following activities:

• Claims payment
• Database configuration
• Enrollment
• Customer service.
